State Tournament

• All Events will be held out of B & W Resorts

• Registration: Friday night from 4pm til’ 6pm at B & W Resort  

• Reading of the rules: 6pm sharp… draw to follow for Saturday pairings

• Sunday pairings: drawn @ 5-6pm on Saturday (following weigh-in)

• Raffle: Sponsor Products on Saturday After dinner b-4 pairing (following weigh-in)

• Entry fee $200 (includes big fish option)

• Pay back will be: 40% highest weight (total for Saturday & Sunday); 10 % big fish pool; 30 % goes to state team (to defray costs); 15% to the State Federation Nation; and 5% going toward youth activities. Four boaters and four Non boaters will advance to the 2010 Western Divisional.

• The additional 4 anglers will come from the Southern California State Event. Alternates will be selected from anglers competing in both Northern and Southern California qualifiers.

• Boaters must sign up with a non-boater to ensure against a boater-boater draw.  Each angler will have his ½ of the day to run the front of the boat.  Each angler is allowed to weigh 5 fish per day; 13 inches minimum measured on a flat board; we will swish the tail.  

• Saturday and Sunday will be an 8 hour event. Each boater is responsible to carry a minimum in-force liability insurance policy of $300,000 per occupant. 

• Entry must be received by Monday November 2, 2009.  

• All California Federation Nation Members in good standing are eligible to participate in this event.
